This Privacy Policy describes how Quiller.ai ("Quiller," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of users of the Quiller.ai platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party applications or software (“Third-Party Service) that integrate with the Platform.

Typically, Third-Party Services are software that integrate with our Platform. Once enabled, the provider of a Third-Party Service may share certain information with Quiller. For example, if you elect to sign into Quiller using Google API Services, including Google Sign-In, we may receive certain information that Google makes available to Quiller to facilitate the integration. When a Third-Party Service is enabled, Quiller is authorized to connect and access other information made available to Quiller in accordance with our agreement with the provider of the Third-Party Service and any permission(s) granted by you. Examples of information which Quiller may receive in this manner include whether you successfully created a new account or interacted with a third-party application in a way that is attributable to Quiller usage activity. We do not, however, receive or store passwords for any of these Third-Party Services when connecting them to the Services.

Use of Information

  1. 2.1 Providing and Improving the Platform: We use the personal information and user content you provide to deliver the Platform"s services, including generating first drafts of fundraising emails. We may also use this information to improve the functionality and performance of the Platform, develop new features, and personalize your experience.
  2. 2.2 Communication: We may use your email address to send you administrative and service-related communications, such as account notifications, updates, and security alerts. We may also send you promotional or marketing communications related to the Platform, but you can opt-out of receiving such communications at any time.
